Lots in Space is a mobile game developed by Agens. This policy describes what information the app collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

The app collects only the following data, and only when you choose to submit a high score:

• Player name — a nickname you enter (not your real name unless you choose to use it).
• Game score — the score you achieved in the game.

This information is sent to our leaderboard server at lostinspace.agens.no so your score can appear on the global leaderboard.

Information We Do Not Collect

The app does not collect:

• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or hardware information
• Location data
• Contacts, photos, or other personal files
• Email addresses or phone numbers
• Analytics, usage statistics, or crash reports

Local Storage

The app stores your scores and player name locally on your device so you can see your personal high scores. This data never leaves your device unless you submit a score to the leaderboard.

Third-Party Services

The app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only data transmitted is a self-chosen nickname and game score.

Data Retention

Submitted leaderboard entries (nickname and score) are stored on our server indefinitely to maintain the global leaderboard.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
